You can download the transaction processing fees invoice in our merchant portal. It will include the transaction processing fees you have paid, the number of transactions, the amount for each transaction, the amount settled to you for each transaction, and the settlement/dispute surcharge (if applicable).
- Login to the GlobePay merchant portal
- Go to Payment & Settlement in the navigation bar at the top of the screen
- Select Settlement
- Select the month in which you would like to download
5. Click Download Invoice
