Where can I see my GlobePay account fee rate?

  1. Login to the GlobePay Merchant Portal.
  2. Select Configuration > Merchant Details > Clearing Account Information.
  3. Scroll down the page, you will find the Transaction Fee Rate table and fee rates for your activated payment channels will be highlighted in green.
