What is a periodic review and what do I need to do if I receive a periodic review?

We conduct periodic reviews of your GlobePay account to ensure your account information remains up to date and to maintain the ongoing security of your account.

Periodic Review Process

GlobePay will notify the merchant about the periodic review via the Merchant Portal, Mobile App, and the Contact Email Address. The email subject will be: “[Action Required] Complete Periodic Account Review.”

Required Documents

You must provide the following:

  • Updated ID (if expired) and the latest Proof of Address for company directors and shareholders with 25% or more ownership
  • Business bank statements for the last three months
  • Clarification of any changes in business activities, shareholding structure, or any other information

Please log in to the GlobePay Merchant Portal and upload the requested documents to complete the review. Kindly note that your account may be blocked if the periodic review is not completed in a timely manner.
