We will conduct periodic reviews of your GlobePay account to ensure your account information is the latest and help us ensure the ongoing security of your account.
Periodic review process
- GlobePay notifies the account holder of the periodic review via the merchant portal and email. The email subject will be “GlobePay Periodic Review: please submit the required documentation”.
- You must provide the following documents:
- Updated ID & Proof of Address of Company directors and shareholders with 25% or more (if expired)
- Updated business bank statement (issued in the last 3 months)
- Other proof of business activity
- Login to the GlobePay merchant portal and upload the requested documents.
