What is a transaction investigation?
A transaction investigation may occur if a payment has been flagged as unusual during routine transaction monitoring.
Transaction investigation process
- GlobePay notifies the account owner of the transaction investigation, sending the relevant information and a request for evidence via the Globepay merchant portal and email. The email subject will be “Transaction Authenticity Investigation”.
- You must collect the requested documents/evidence and submit these via our merchant portal before the due date.
- Once you have submitted evidence, we will forward it to relevant department or our partners for review. The feedback will be sent to your login email address.
