Does GlobePay charge an extra fee for processing refunds?

No, we do not charge an extra fee for processing refunds. 

However, the fee initiated by the original transaction is non-refundable and this fee will be deducted from your next settlement. All the details can be found on the Settlement page of the GlobePay Merchant Portal or Mobile App.
